Workout Progress
- For April I intend to try and up the number of days I hit the gym to 4.
- I want to incorporate some form of strength training at least twice a week.
- I want to do some form of core work at every single workout session

- As you can see with the March workouts, I tried to focus on doing cardio on approximately 4 days a week.
- I did not strength train everyday; actually pretty rarely as the log shows and started incorporating small ab workouts only towards the end of the month.
- I totaled 16 days in March that I hit the gym. Thats about 3 days/week.
