April 2008 Workout progress

  • For April I intend to try and up the number of days I hit the gym to 4.
  • I want to incorporate some form of strength training at least twice a week.
  • I want to do some form of core work at every single workout session

March 2008 Workout Progress

  • As you can see with the March workouts, I tried to focus on doing cardio on approximately 4 days a week.
  • I did not strength train everyday; actually pretty rarely as the log shows and started incorporating small ab workouts only towards the end of the month.
  • I totaled 16 days in March that I hit the gym. Thats about 3 days/week.

I’m interested in seeing how you’ll progress with your weight loss goals. If you’re interested in sites that I can direct you to for your core, I can probably name a few pilates/yoga sites.
