Journey to Glam

I am a self proclaimed writer, stressed out student, 20 something lifestyle junkie and a hopeful doctor in the making. I am a senior studying Biology and Finance in Dallas, Texas. After graduation I plan to attend medical school and get a master’s in public health along with a medical degree! I caught the travel bug sometime in high school and have loved traveling since so I try to visit one new place a year or do something “cool” thats not in the country a few times a year (as per the pocket book) Oh yes, I’m also vegetarian. Things currently on my mind include graduation in a few months, healthy living, job searching, med school applying and soaking in the last few months of college life.

A few things that rock my socks, float my boat, yada yada: Social networking, wine and happy hours with friends, sappy movies, warm socks, passionate about a cause people, ah-ha moments, politics and finance, Jim Kramer, Blogging, sunny days, a good book on a cold day, theater and the opera, close friends and quality times, the carefree-ness of being a 20 something, working out and endorphins, oldies music, dancing to a beat, capturing the moment, being able to pick up and go, challenging myself, defeating myself.
